From the initial phone call, during which the gentleman I spoke to listened carefully to my problem, offered options and was very reassuring; through the punctual, efficient service received from Michael, who had my shower fixed and running perfectly within 15 minutes, to the very reasonable fee. Absolutely delighted with the service received, and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them.
